Sarah Fox is a health economist with over ten years’ experience in health financing reforms, strategic planning and policy development, private sector engagement and results-based financing.  Sarah has supported the design, implementation and evaluation of sexual and reproductive health and family planning programmes across a range of developing country settings.  As an Assistant Technical Director with Options Consultancy Services, Sarah provides technical support to a number of programmes with a focus on health financing and health systems strengthening.  Prior to Options, Sarah was a Senior Technical Officer, Health Systems, Financing and Economics at the International Planned Parenthood Federation. Sarah has senior level experience working with state Governments, donor agencies and development partners managing projects, proposals and teams.
