Technical experts will be part of small teams assigned to one HIP brief. They will ensure on an ongoing basis that HIP briefs are kept up-to-date and accurate for the greatest impact on family planning programming. For this, technical experts will come together as a team either in-person or virtually at least twice a year to review suggested updates that have been submitted by the public in the previous six months. Additionally, they will propose other evidence-based updates to ensure the HIP brief reflects state of the art knowledge. The experts’ contributions will be acknowledged in the HIP briefs.
